The Story

Pillar-X Ltd was founded in England in 2020 by the Caspar brothers from Switzerland. Followed by the Swiss subsidiary, Pillar-X GmbH, in May 2021.

Since 2014, they have been private investors working in the UK property market since 2018. Through their extensive knowledge and training in the property sector, they have worked hard to launch Pillar-X. They are building a reputation as a reliable company that is easy to work with and provides winning solutions.

In order to consider the best locations for their investments, Pillar-X has looked in depth at all the regions of the UK and chose to invest in the Liverpool, Bradford and Glasgow areas.

The Project

Pillar-X approached us to develop a new website to replace their old static one. The brief outlines that the company required a full translation of the site between English and German (Swiss), to have a property listings directory, a blog and the facility to have clients arrange introductory meetings via a built-in form.

We worked with Daniel and Thomas, who supplied the content in both English and German (Swiss) to create a website that could seamlessly translate either language accurately. This included all aspects of the site, including the property listing pages, blog and forms. It was also important to Pillar-X to further establish its brand, utilising its signature orange hue and font choices.

The project took five months from consultation to launch.
