Our commitment

Pixel Dynamic (We Are Pixel Dynamic Ltd) only collects and uses the personal information we need to deliver our projects and run our business. This statement summarises how we comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.

What we have in place

  • Accountability: our Director, Adam Wheatley, is responsible for data protection, and we are registered with the ICO (ZA691609).
  • Transparency: our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy explain what we collect, why, and for how long.
  • Consent for cookies: analytics, advertising and session-recording tools on our website only run once you have agreed to them. You can change your choices at any time.
  • Lawful processing: we have identified a lawful basis for each of our processing activities, and we keep a record of them.
  • Clients’ data: when we host or manage websites that hold our clients’ customer data, we act as a processor under our Data Processing Agreement.
  • Security: UK-based hosting with 20i, HTTPS across all hosted sites, multi-factor authentication, regular backups and restricted access.
  • Breaches: we have a procedure to identify, record and investigate personal data breaches, and to report them to the ICO within 72 hours where required.
  • Rights requests: we respond to requests to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, or to object to its use, within one month.
  • Complaints: you can complain to us directly about how we handle your personal information. We acknowledge complaints within 30 days and tell you the outcome.
  • International transfers: where a supplier processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement.
  • Retention: we keep information only as long as necessary and then delete it securely.
  • Review: we review our policies and procedures at least once a year.
